We deliver to every major city in Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery available on most orders. Ready-to-ship jewellery, clutches, and accessories are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order bridal outfits are hand-finished before shipping, so please allow 3-5 weeks depending on the embroidery and detailing involved. Our Exchange Policy
Ready-to-wear jewellery, clutches, and accessories can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Because bridal lehengas, sherwanis, and gowns are cut and embroidered to your own measurements, custom-stitched orders are final sale unless the piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, in which case we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at no extra cost.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or drop-off.
Can I get alterations instead of a return?
Yes. Every bridal order includes one round of complimentary alterations after your first fitting, so most fit issues can be resolved without a return.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently we deliver nationwide within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact us directly to arrange shipping.
