How long does a made-to-order outfit take?
Most bridal and groom pieces are cut, embroidered, and stitched to order, so please allow 3-5 weeks depending on the handwork involved. You can follow every stage of your order on our Track My Order page.
How do I care for my embroidered outfit?
Always dry clean zardozi, dabka, and tilla work pieces, never wash them at home, and store them flat or loosely folded in a breathable garment bag away from direct sunlight to keep the embroidery and colour intact.
How do I know what size to order?
Check our Size Guide for a standard measurement chart, then share your exact bust, waist, hip, and shoulder-to-waist measurements at checkout so our tailors can adjust the fit before cutting begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery in major cities and direct bank transfer for orders elsewhere. Made-to-order pieces enter production once your measurements and payment are confirmed.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Ready-to-wear jewellery and accessories can be exchanged within 7 days if unused. Since bridal and groom outfits are cut to your own measurements, custom-stitched orders are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
